How to access users dashboard?

Hi,

Am admin for my organizations dynamic 365 sales. I have a user asking to work with one the dashboard they see under "My Work"->Dashboard. But I do not see that dashboard anywhere. How can I assist user. Does this mean, even as admin I wont have access to personal dashboards unless shared?
