I'm writing to you today to provide instructions on how to reschedule your tests and download your certificates on Microsoft Learn.

Rescheduling Tests

1. Log in to your Microsoft Learn profile: Make sure you're logged in to the same profile you used to register for the exam.
2. Select "Profile" from the dropdown menu: Click on your profile picture in the top right corner and choose "Profile" from the menu.
3. Select "Certifications": This will take you to your certification profile page.
4. Find the exam you want to reschedule: Scroll down to the "Appointments" section and locate the exam you want to reschedule.
5. Click on "Reschedule": You will see a "Reschedule" link next to the exam details. Click on it to proceed with rescheduling.
6. Choose a new date and time: Select a new date and time for your exam from the available options.
7. Review and confirm: Review your details and confirm the rescheduling by clicking on the "Reschedule" button.

Downloading Certificates

1. Follow steps 1-3 from "Rescheduling Tests": Log in to your Microsoft Learn profile and navigate to your certification profile page.
2. Select the certificate you want to download: Find the certificate you want to download in the "Certificates" section.
3. Click on the "Download" button: You will see a "Download" button next to the certificate details. Click on it to download your certificate as a PDF file.
