Automatic Processing of Recurring Meeting Requests with Conflicting Instances

Question

When entering a recurring appointment and adding a room, the autoprocessing of the room calendar is a bit off.

conflicting appointment are either allowed or declined, when declined the whole series is declined instead of just the conflicting appointment.

How can we set this up so the recurring appointments will be accepted and only the conflicting ones will be declined?

Hi @Anonymous ,

It is recommended that you leave AllowConflicts to its default value, and then set the ConflictPercentageAllowed and MaximumConflictInstances parameters.
