how to overpass authenticator verification since the app ask for code as well

Sounds like you'll need the account admins to reset the account so a new QR code can be generated with which you can relink the authentication device to your account.

Go to Authentication methods | Registration campaign in Microsoft Entra ID > https://portal.azure.com/#view/Microsoft_AAD_IAM/AuthenticationMethodsMenuBlade/~/RegistrationCampaign and assign the Microsoft Authenticator to 1 user (do not include yourself):
