MERGE TWO MCID'S

Hello,

I passed my exam on Nov 25th 2023, When I am tried to login to the account, I see that the certificate has a different MCID from my Microsoft account. Can somebody please assist in how can I merge both the MCID's please. thank you

I want to upload my certificate on linkedin, this certificate has great benefit for my career. Can somebody please help.

I have already raised a concern, nobody seems to taken action yet. Thank you.
