Shravan K S Greetings & Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum!

I tried to deploy A new web App using Azure OpenAI Studio. I have use model gpt-3.5-turbo and region is East US. I have provided accurate information for all the inputs for the Webapp. Please let me how to resolve this.

I see that you are deploying two web apps simultaneously. Could wait for the process to complete and try again?

How long you are seeing the progress as shown above?

Are you seeing any errors? When you repeatedly attempt to deploy web apps, you may be hitting resource limits in your subscription, which can cause the deployment to fail.

Please note that the deployment process may take some time to complete, depending on the size of your app and the resources you have allocated. Please be patient and wait for the deployment to complete

Could you check if there are any errors or warnings in the deployment logs. See Monitoring Azure OpenAI Service for more details on how to collect logs.

Also, to identify if the issue is related with web apps, can you confirm while deploying to the web app which pricing tier you have selected?

Can you choose the different pricing plan and try?

If you are still seeing the same issue, kindly share the error log file for further investigation.

Do let me know if you have any further queries.
