Hi Everyone ,
We've been experiencing a problem in our company for the past month and a half and no one, neither support nor CSP, can give me an answer.
Here is the situation:
1/ We have HP PCs purchased from a traditional service provider, which come with Windows 11 pro OEM licenses.
2/ We bought Microsoft O365 E3 licenses from our CSP.
3/ These 5 licenses (test) have been allocated to the company's users, including me.
4/ Logically, these licenses contain the Windows 11 Enterprise licenses we want to benefit from.
But for some time now, it's been impossible to migrate from Windows 11 pro OEM upgrade to Windows 11 enterprise with Microsoft O365 E3 from CSP.
Here's what's been done and verified (in line with Microsoft's prerequisites, if I've understood correctly):
1/ Assign the Microsoft O365 E3 license to the user in Microsoft Entra ID.
2/ Attach the PC concerned to the Azure AD domain via accounts/business accounts and connect it to Entra ID.
3/ Attach the PC to the Microsoft MDM.
4/ Reboot the PC several times with the Entra ID account, but the PC always remains in Windows 11 pro.
I even tried to completely reinstall my PC and connect directly to the Azure AD domain using the OOBE at launch, but nothing worked.
I must admit that despite all the research and questions, I'm a bit stumped. Would anyone have a solution to offer, please?
