Avatars for Microsoft Teams is not supported for this license

Using either New Teams or Classic Teams I get the same message when going to Avatar builder: Avatars for Microsoft Teams is not supported for this license. My organization is on Microsoft 365 E5 and others at my organization were able to build avatars. What do you suggest to get this to work for me? I've uninstalled and reinstalled as well as tried it on both version types and tried to 'look for upgrades'. Any other options would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @Stacy Monnahan

Please make sure you have been assigned an M365 E5 license.

Please try to see if the problem can be reproduced in the Teams web client.

If the issue only occurs on the desktop client, try uninstalling Avatars in Teams and reinstalling it.

Also try clearing the Teams cache:

I do have the M365 E5 license, I did validate that the issue also occurs on the web version. I did an uninstall of the avatar add-in as well as both versions of teams and removed everything in the file folder. I rebooted my computer and tried the web without any luck, then tried both desktop versions. If there are any other suggestions you can think of, please let me know
