Subject: Urgent: Critical Error After Enabling Anonymous Access

Dear [Customer Support],

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to report a critical issue that has emerged in our SharePoint environment. After enabling anonymous access, we encountered a critical error that persists even after disabling anonymous access. We have attempted various troubleshooting steps, but the issue remains unresolved.

Here is a brief overview of the problem:

Error Description: The SharePoint site encounters a critical error with the message: "This page encountered a critical error. If this problem persists, contact your system administrator."

Steps Taken:

Enabled anonymous access initially.

Identified the critical error after activation.

Disabled anonymous access to troubleshoot.

The error persists even after disabling anonymous access.

Environment Details:

SharePoint version: 2019

Web server: windows server 2016

Browser used for testing: Fire Fox and IE (google chrome and Edge didn't work in the first place even before the mentioned error accrued)

We are seeking urgent assistance in identifying the root cause of the issue and implementing a resolution. Our team has exhausted the troubleshooting steps mentioned above, and the problem persists.

We kindly request your expertise and guidance to investigate this matter further. If there are specific logs or information you require, please let us know, and we will provide them promptly.

Your prompt attention to this matter is highly appreciated, as it is impacting our SharePoint environment's functionality.

Thank you for your assistance.

I have checked ULS logs you provided, and sorry for that I could not find out the cause of critical error based on logs.

If the issue is urgent to your business, it is recommended that you contact Microsoft Customer Support Services (CSS) via telephone so that a dedicated Support Professional can assist you in a more efficient manner.
