Why are my linked certifications missing?

I have previously worked with support to link my personal account to my work account to show my certifications. Those certifications are now missing from both my personal account and my work account. Please help me fix this issue.

    Microsoft Q&A platform doesn't support Azure Certifications questions at this time.
