hi

I have a problem with connecting my Bluetooth headphone to my pc.

i have soundcore life q30 and i connected to my old laptop a lot of time with no problem (connect fast and sound quality is ok and it shows the headphone name in windows sound output)

but i recently got new pc, asus b660 d4 plus with no integrated wireless and Bluetooth (i got comfest Bluetooth/Wi-Fi usb dongle) and when i try to connect my headphone to my pc, for the first time(when i want to pair my headphone to pc) it connect ok but it shows as Bluetooth A2TP stereo audio and i think quality is a little worse than my old laptop (with intel centrino advanced-n 6205)

but the real problem is when i reboot my pc and i want to connect my headphone again, it won't connect but it shows connected in windows setting and i can't disconnect either, only thing i can do is to remove my headphone from setting and pair it again.

i also tried updating Bluetooth driver or reinstalling it.

it sounds good when i use 3.5 mm headphone jack.

thanks

    Hello,

You can try “ sfc /scannow ” and "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth" to fix your component if there was something broken.

    Regards,

    Karlie
