I see a few Enterprise applications named CloudConsoleGrapApi in my Microsoft Entra ID with a Global Admin role assigned.

Recently we found a few Enterprise applications named CloudConsoleGrapApi in my Microsoft Entra ID with a Global Admin role assigned.
I checked their login history, but no log was found.
How can I know what is these Enterprise applications are used for?
