Not Getting passcode number in Authenticator Application

I am attempting to activate my training sandbox in the Azure Fundamentals: Describe Azure architecture and services module however when I open my authenticator app on my phone I do not get a prompt to key in the 2 digit pass code.

Sounds like you'll need the account admins to reset the account so a new QR code can be generated with which you can relink the authentication device to your account.
