重复错误warn: Cannot update selection in server process as Session is not connected

我今天在使用Visual Studio 2022的时候突然发现.NET desktop development无法被正确加载，但仅限这一个项目。报错提示warn: Cannot update selection in server process as Session is not connected，据论坛所示重启程序和电脑，发现都无法解决。他也并无其他报错，我无法从报错信息中提取任何信息，也无法在网站查找到任何有效的解决方法，我希望得到相关帮助，谢谢

You can close all running VS instances and try to delete the hidden .vs, bin and obj folders in the project folder. Then, run the VS as administrator and re-open the project.

Please close all running VS instances and rename (or delete) every ComponentModelCache folders under this path: C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\VisualStudio\17.0_XXXXX. Then, re-run VS as administrator and check it again.

If it doesn’t work, please share us some screenshots about the error to investigate it further.
