Is the auto start task immune to British day light saving?

Thanks for responding back on this and sharing more details.
I tried performing this in my lab, I can see that Azure Automation is enabled for (BST time zone ). However, azure task(preview) is not available in the mentioned timezone i.e., (British daylight saving time)timezone. Considering this task in preview this could be available when it become GA.

While the Azure environment doesn't support the British Summer Time (BST) zone directly, I've configured Auto Shutdown to use the "UTC(Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London)" zone, which effectively accounts for BST during the summer months. For the "Task", I've used the "Western European Time zone", which I believe will automatically adjust for Daylight Saving Time, including BST.
I seem to be confused about the WET/WEST time zone and would appreciate some clarification.

As per the Microsoft default time zones, we have to use the GMT time zone while creating the Auto Start task for Azure VMs in the BST time zone.
