Need help with the Azure VM Edition IIS version 10.0.20348.1 to support HSTS

My company have been developed and supported our web applications on Azure Edition VM with IIS version 10.0.20348.1. The current version of IIS 10.0.20348.1 poses lot of work for our company to enable HSTS.
We like to find out:
- Can we request for upgrading the current IIS version to 1079 which supports HSTS?
- What is the feasible future that the Azure Edition VM shall be upgraded to support HSTS?
Early 2024, Mid year of 2024, or later.
Your feedback will help us to strategize the right solution for our company.

What service did you use to deploy your VM? If you deployed the VM manually, then you have control over the VM's image, configuration, and software (no request needed). This is what IIS installation would look like in that scenario:

If you used a service like Azure DevOps to accomplish this, then we'll need to direct you to a specialist familiar with that service to better answer your question.
