Hey there!

We're testing out the Azure OpenAI service and keep running into the following unexpected behavior.

We're seeing the same behavior in the playground and after deploying a web app.

Any pointers to what we're doing wrong greatly appreciated!

Could you share the model details and the region?

We're seeing the same behavior in the playground and after deploying a web app.

Is it happening after deploying the app? Was it working as expected if you do not deploy to web app?

Below you'll find a walk-through using a pristine deployment.

Note that we've tried to get this working for several months now. If there is something so obvious that we're missing, please let me know. Otherwise, we will have to move forward with another vendor.

We experienced the deployment's sudden amnesia during chat in the playground and in a deployment.
