How do I get azure to text to speech Scottish?

I am an infant in computer software and programming, I signed up with azure to get the lifetime freebies, of changing the voice on my Galaxy phone.

@Koltin Wade Thanks for reaching out to us, it seems that Scottish language is not supported at this moment, and there is no Scottish accent, please check on below document -

The customer service I text back and forth with when I tried to get on here he thought it did support Scottish. But I'd be happy if I knew how to get it where I could pick it a language and look through them.
