Windows blocking sites with common topic.

Question

So I will try and access sites such as Patrolbase.co.uk which is a registered airsoft site, but whenever i try and load it, no packets are received. When i search through google/bing etc it will show up #1 as the first listed site but won't actually load when I click on it. I've used other devices on the network and they have no issue. The unusual thing is that it sometimes loads for about 30m and is then blocked again. I have no idea what decides whether it will or won't load, but i have check windows firewall and whitelisted patrolbase without any changes occurring. it is not just this site, it is plenty of others as well (all in the same vein of stuff like airsoft)
