Hello everyone.
Currently I have the following error in a hostpool, in which the user connects, disconnects and when reconnecting it indicates the error, I understand that the best way to prevent the error is by doing a correct logout, however it is not possible educate large numbers of users, I have another hostpool where I do not have this problem, if it happens that temporary users arrive, but at night the computers are restarted so not much problem is usually reported, since they access and can work.

Can you please elaborate a bit more by providing below information for assisting you better on this:
Are you using any policy to logoff users after some time automatically?
Is this a full desktop or remote app scenario?
Is this a personal or pooled host pool?
When you do an automated restart at night, do you gracefully logoff the users or just force reboot the VMs?

It is a complete desktop scenario.
It is a shared group, with multisession desktops.
When you do automatic restart, these only apply for machines without users, but these usually have the user's virtual disk that is stuck

Thanks for responding back on this.
Can you please verify that a user that re-connects within the 2h window gets redirected to the same session host as before?
Did you verify to have the latest Windows updates and FSlogix version installed incl recommended Antivirus exclusions?
For those VMs with the VHD still attached, can you also check if a process keeps a file lock on those disks?
