Import authenticator to new phone

Question

I got a new phone. Was going to set up authenticator since I have everything in it. Signed in... And I think the passwords are available? But in the main screen where the 2fa accounts should be there is nothing there but Microsoft. All of my other accounts are gone. Do those not import from the old device /cloud?

You can restore from an authenticator cloud backup (assuming there was one) but make sure no accounts have been added to the newly install app. Then sign on with recovery account to do the restore.
