Windows Server 2016 blue screen after elevating to domain control with error code 0XC00002CB

Current domain control server: windows server 2008R2, added windows server 2008R2 domain control everything is fine

What has been checked:

1, DFSR is already a migration complete

2、Virtual machine and physical machine have been tried

3, reset the group policy dcgpofix /ignoreschema /target:both

4, Changed Windows Server 2012R2 and Windows Server 2022

5, created a new Windows Server 2008R2 domain control, migrated FSMO to the new domain control, then uninstalled all the old Windows Server 2008R2 domain control, and then upgraded a Windows Server 2016 domain control, still the same error!

6, from Windows Server 2008R2 domain control in situ upgrade to Windows Server 2012R2, still blue screen, 0XC00002CB

    Hi @laikey

If you have many domain controllers ,you can demote this DC and rebuild it from scratch before promote it again.

Check please your domain controllers health :

    dcdiag
    repadmin /syncall
