Hello all. I'm using visual studio community ver 17.9 preview with android emulator ver 34. when I start on visual studio and open my project mostly the behaviour is as expected the drop down window show the android selected device name for ex. pixel 5.... but sometimes it show android ... with no specified device name . How I can fix that. Thank you.

I use android emulator only I don't use a device. Also most of the time it's OK. And only sometimes not
Sorry, I need to confirm something with you. Do you mean that you can find the Android Emulator but no android device?
Please ensure that you switch the target-framework to net7.0-android or net8.0-android.
Besides, you can try to update your VS2022 Preview to the latest version 17.9 Preview 2.

I expect to always get the device name pixel5 in the emulator to be shown
as this is my default working in. sorry about the file be scattered.

What is the target framework?
Maui .net 8.
Can you change the target-framework to net8.0-android?
You can try to repair your VS with Visual Studio Installer.
