How to recover Microsoft Business account without Microsoft Authentificator?

The amazing part of the day dear Microsoft Team! We would like to restore and recover our business 365 microsoft account without microsoft authentificator cause we don't have acces to that app also for device which is installed app. We are not able to enter account, it asks code every time from me but we do not have device to enter. How we can restore my business 365 account, Please help for us as soon as possible. Thanks in advance !

    Hi Taskkent,

    Ideally you should have another account as a backup in case the primary account have issues, it is known as breakfix account. However in this instance if you are the only admin of the tenant the only way to recover is to call up global numbers and provide the ownership and identity proof of the tenant that you own it.

    Just keep identification and ownership details of the Business Account handy when you log the call with MS.
