How can i get to contact a Moderator or admin in Microsoft Q&A?

After my lost post my Microsoft Q&A Account get Restricted, and i think the problem was Posting a long thread. Now i want to recover my account and i don't know how to contact a moderator or admin, Help.

    Dear Admin/Moderators:

    I had made a reply:

    but upon hitting the post button, I was told:
    "Deleted

    Now, I wanted to check what could have caused the issue, but I cannot even see my reply.
    As far as I am aware, I did not commit any breach upon the CoC, if so, I would like to know which one, so I can fix it.

    I have severe Asperger's and severe ADHD, it could be possible, I was a bit blunt in my expressions, however, not in such a way, the post had to be deleted.

    If you would be so kind to help me out here, please?
