    There is a built-in function called AVERAGE.

    Which average are you interested in?

    • The average consumption per month would be AVERAGE(63041,49311.1).
    • Similarly for the average cost per month.
    • The average cost per gallon for jan is simply 258460.95/63041.
    • Similarly for feb.
    • The total average cost per gallon SUM(258460.95,194405.64)/SUM(63041,49311.1)
