Can't start visual studio due to an error with StreamJsonRpc.RemoteInvocationException

I am having trouble opening Visual Studio because of an error message that says, "StreamJsonRpc.RemoteInvocationException: Access denied to path C:\Users(myUsername)\AppData\Local.IdentityService\V3AccountStore.lock. InnerException - System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access denied to path 'C:\Users(myUsername)\AppData\Local.IdentityService\V3AccountStore.lock." I have already attempted to fix the problem by uninstalling, reinstalling, and repairing the program, as well as disabling Windows Defender, but nothing has helped.

    Nvm, i tried deleting everything related to "V3AccountStore.lock" in that path and somehow it got fixed
