It usually looks like https://<your-app-name>.scm.azurewebsites.net. Replace <your-app-name> with your actual app's name. Make sure you have the necessary permissions for deployment and that your authentication details are correct. Since this is a DNS issue, confirm your DNS settings are accurate. If you're on a corporate network, there might be specific policies affecting DNS resolution.
