Why am I not receiving emails in my msn.com account sent from friends and people in my contact list?

Why am I not receiving emails in my msn.com account sent from friends and people in my contact list? This has been happening for over a week. I can send emails to friends but do not get a response from them. I have tried updating the contact, making sure they are in my safe list and also not in my blocked list. I get TONS of junk mail but not the emails from my friends. I have tried to subscribe to a few people and I'm not able to get their reply. I have a gmail account and tried to forward items from my Gmail account and they are not even coming into my msn.com account!!!

2023-12-09T19:12:36.1066667+00:00 I've come to the conclusion that msn.com is blocking emails from gmail.com accounts, including my own gmail!
