Microsoft Teams loads my Windows 10 HP PC at startup with Teams displaying in the top right corner of my screen. The entire computer and Teams iteself are non-responsive. Teams will not close using the closing red x nor will the three dots on the Teams screen activate. Further, Teams blocks any use of the computer including using Run %appdata%/micosoft/teams, which I was briefly able to open during startup but it would not launch. This issue also blocks the Teams icon on the taskbar from obeying any command such as quit or sign out, It also blocks any web browser from opening. In short it freezes the entire computer. It even blocks the task manager which I can cue up but it will not accept any commands. I have tried to open on F5 safe mode but that command failed to launch safe mode.

Does anybody else have this problem

It sounds like you're experiencing a serious issue with Microsoft Teams on your Windows 10 PC. This might be a complex problem that requires specific troubleshooting steps. Here are some suggestions:

    Safe Mode:

Try restarting your computer in Safe Mode and see if you can uninstall or disable Microsoft Teams from there.

    Reinstall Teams:

Uninstall Microsoft Teams completely from your PC and then reinstall the latest version. This might involve going to the "Add or Remove Programs" section in your PC settings.

    Registry Cleanup:

Use a registry cleaner tool to remove any potential leftover registry entries from a previous Teams installation.

    Task Scheduler:

Check the Task Scheduler to ensure Teams is not set to launch at startup. You can access this by typing "Task Scheduler" in the Windows search bar.

    System Restore:

Consider using System Restore to revert your computer to a point before you experienced the issue.

If the problem persists, you may want to seek assistance from Microsoft Support or your IT department. It's crucial to ensure that you have a backup of important data before attempting any significant changes to your system.
