iphone (iOS 17.1.2) not receiving notifications

Question

Hello,

I'm trying to log in to the Microsoft 365 Admin site. In a behavior that's different than when I log in to my Microsoft365 account I get asked if it's a school or business account. I select business, enter the password and get a prompt to enter the code on my Authenticator app... but I never receive a code.

I', on iOS 17.1.2 and have the latest version of Authenticator installed.
