Power query doesn't operate after re-open file.

파워쿼리가 추가된 파일을 다시 열어서 쿼리 수정을 하려고 데이터 가져오기를 눌러도 아무런 동작을 하지 않습니다.

쿼리편집창으로 들어갈 수가 없어요.
