No "Certifications" in my Microsoft account (MSA). No possibility to reschedule exam

Hello,

I had to reschedule my Microsoft exam via Pearson VUE. It is not possible anymore in Microsoft account (MSA) page. I don't see also "Certifications" in the menu.

Thanks for the question but Certifications are not supported on Q&A forums. I'd try asking for assistance with certifications and transcripts in dedicated forums here.
