then display Something happened,and we couldn't install a feature

Keep popping these two prompts over and over

Hello,

Try below methods to add/install language pack:

1.Download language pack from MS volume licensing center, then try use command to add:

dism /online /add-package /packagepath:xxx

2.Install the latest cumulative update before add language

3.Double check if other language can be added or not

4.Uninstall 3rd party anti-virus app
