Cannot deploy Azure OpenAI Model

Hi,
I am unable to deploy a second openai model via the interface because the selection dropdown remains empty.
I have retried several times today and should have the right permissions as I was able to deploy another model before (see screenshot). My subscription is still valid and I have >100$ of remaining credits and am not aware of having done any changes.
Can you tell me what I am missing?

Unfortunately, adding the permission did not help. As I am the owner of the resource and the subscription, I would assume that I have the necessary permissions anyways (Also, I was able to deploy the gpt-4 model in the past). Could it be a general issue with the account? Is there something else that I can check?

2023-12-13T18:31:36.8066667+00:00 @hschmidtchen Could you share the region in which your OpenAI Resource was created in? Models have specific regional availability as well.
Also, were you able to see more models before?

2023-12-13T19:01:52.35+00:00 @Pramod Valavala of course: The region is "France Central" and I was indeed seeing more models previously. As you can see in my first screenshot, I have already created a gpt-4 model which I am also still able to successfully call via its API. I am just not able to deploy a second model (I would additionally need an embedding model for my use case).
