Document Analysis Not Detecting Checkboxs

Hello,

I have a document with several checkboxes that I am struggling to get reliable detection on.

I have tried drawing the area of the checkbox, and also using auto-detect with the same results. What does get detected consistently is the bottom row of checkboxes. Everything above more or less gets ignored.

I'm not sure if I'm doing this correctly or not, but everything I try yields the same results.

Hello @Todd Mueller , sorry for the delayed response. Try to follow labeling tips as mentioned here and add more relative sample data for better results.

• Labeling values is required. Don't include the surrounding text. For example when labeling a checkbox, name the field to indicate the check box selection for example selectionYes and selectionNo rather than labeling the yes or no text in the document. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/ai-services/document-intelligence/concept-custom-label?view=doc-intel-3.1.0#labeling-guidelines

Please note that Region labeling implementation differs between template and neural models. So, the output difference based on the model you are suing and how the data is labeled.
