Enforcing and standardizing font style for all Microsoft 365 products from the Admin Portal with no GPO

Question

How can I use the method & procedure to standardize the font style across my M365 application users globally?

This is for both Apple Mac OS and Windows Users.

Because of the GPO method, it only applies to Windows PCs.
