AzureボットとTeamsの連携がうまくできない

Question

2023/10/26 AzureボットとTeamsの連携また出来ましたが、11月中にもう一回利用すると、うまくできなかった。

エラー特に表示せず、「メッセージ送信できない」という内容を表示されます。

microsoftのFAQを調べたら、Teamsの権限問という記述がありますが、

管理者権限で確認すると、カスタマイズアプリやグローバルアプリなどの権限既にオンにしました。

すみませんが、 AzureボットとTeamsの連携の設定方法を教えていただけますでしょうか。
