FTP Connection working with WINSCP but not working with Logic APP error code 404

Hi All,

I can connect with WINSCP with my FTP server. But when i provide same details to logic apps it will return error code 404

details i pass to winscp is below and it is working fine.

Host- HOST IP ADDRESS example- 10.0.0.0

user-id-xxxxx

password-xxxxxx

Port-21

if i provide same details to Azure Logic APPS FTP server it will not connect

please help.

    @manish verma Thanks for reaching out and apology for the inconvenience due to this issue. Can you please confirm which FTP action you are using for which you are observing the issue? 404 error generally means that the path doesn't exist, or it cannot be found. Please validate if this is not the case.

    In case if you are still facing the issue then please share more details on error along with the screenshot/configuration of your action/trigger.
