I would like to try Video Retrieval following the guide below, but the injection process does not complete.

The video format is mp4 and the codecs are h264 and pcm.

In Vision Studio, the same video was successfully injected.

Therefore, I think there is a problem with the parameters during creating Index and adding video.

Is there anything I should consider instead of using the same parameters as the guide?

In addition, please let me know if there are any points to keep in mind when creating resources on Azure.

    The size of the video to be injected is 9.86 MiB.

    I created Azure AI services multi-service account in the East US region. The pricing tier is Standard.

    The Azure Storage region is also eastus and the price tier is Standard.
