Based on our research, there's no way to hide meeting agenda from the meeting approval in Teams. But you can control who has access to view and edit the meeting details.
Here are some steps you can take to manage meeting details in Teams:
- Create or edit a meeting in your Teams calendar.
- In the meeting details, go to Options > More options.
- Specify presenters in the “Who can present?” dropdown menu. Note that to hide attendee names, “Who can present?” can’t be set to Everyone.
- Use the Approvals app to manage the approval process for meetings. You can pin the Approvals app to save it to the menu bar for easy access.
- If you have Teams Premium, you can hide attendee names during webinars or larger Teams meetings to protect identities and privacy.
These settings won’t hide the agenda from the approval process, but they can help you control the visibility of meeting details.
Meanwhile, to get this feature more quickly, we recommend you give the feedback in Teams UserVoice. Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. With requirements like this increase, the problem may well be released in the future.
Hope the above information is helpful for you!
