Windows server 2016

RdWeb- can't be found-showing temporarily down or transferred on another server

since all our servers are hosted locally (i.e. not on Azure), users cannot directly change their password through their RDP connection. So to provide a workaround I have hosted an RD Web Access portal on one of our servers (which is also a part of the same domain). The portal was accessible through a typical link: https://URLOFTHEMACHINE/RDWeb/Pages/en-US/password.aspx

The Application setting in IIS is set to true, IIS has been reset (the whole server has actually been rebooted as well) but its still not showing up.

While troubleshooting the issue we observed that the link is working on Chrome browser version 117 and older but not working on newer versions also not working on microsoft edge.

Need to allow remote users the ability to reset their passwords.
