Hi Levy, have you tried rolling back the ADK to a previous sometimes you get bugs in the latest releases which cause errors like this.

Getting the following error when trying to Capture Win11 Version 23H2 (image attached) in Deployment WorkBench. Tried updating VBScript FOD on the imaging server with no luck. ADK files are up to date not sure if this is causing an issue because we are still utilizing
Win 10 as production.

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.
MDT doesn't support Windows 11 and Windows Server 2022 operating systems. It's recommended to use Configuration Manager as an alternative.
