Unable to deploy LOB app

I have uploaded the msi file in Intune and add it as a LOB app. But failed to push the LOB app to users, got below error:

The user does not have permission to access the remote file. The requested resource requires user authentication (0x80190191).

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

The error code 0x80190191 means unauthorized. Are you using any proxy servers, firewalls, anything like that? There may be something block the network traffic.
