Hi,
Kindly note that the Q&A forum currently only supports English and you could seek assistance in Spanish in the forum that Dave shared.
But please still allow to me share some suggestions after using google translate.
1.Kindly check if the issue occurred after some patches installed recently, if yes, try to remove the update and verify if issue disappear.
2.Please also check if any physical related issues to the mentioned keys, like cleaning the dust under the keys.
3.If there is no physical issue, then go to Device Manager, click the drop-down arrow beside Keyboards.
Locate your keyboard and right-click it, choosing Uninstall device from the menu.
Restart the computer. Windows automatically searches for and installs an appropriate driver.
Alternatively, and especially if you're using a wired keyboard rather than a laptop, go to the manufacturer's website and download an updated driver manually.
Hope this helps and please help to accept as Answer if the response is useful.
Thanks,
Jenny
