Hi,

We recover the SCCM 2207 server to new server. After recover, we found many clients offline (but show active) and cannot remote by the remote tools. All of them are the machine located on trusted domain.

The domain trust should be fine. Telnet the 2107 port by using IP is OK. Anything I need to configure in the MCM server for domain trust client? Or what is the problem on my MCM server?

    Hi, @Chong

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

After recover, we found many clients offline (but show active) and cannot remote by the remote tools.

Do you mean using the Configuration Manager Remote Control?

Telnet the 2107 port by using IP is OK.

The port for remote control is 2701.
