Hi @Assehr050385 ,
There could be several reasons for this issue, such as network connectivity, server performance, or migration issues. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:
- Check the migration logs to ensure that all data has been migrated successfully. If there are any errors or warnings, address them accordingly.
- Check the network connectivity between your local server and SharePoint Online. Ensure that your internet connection is stable and fast enough to handle the data transfer. You mentioned you have a 275mbps speed internet connection, but it's worth checking the actual speed you're getting.
- Check the performance of your local server. If your server is old or underpowered, it may not be able to handle the load of 20 users accessing 1 TB of data.
- Consider optimizing your SharePoint site for better performance. This could include reducing the number of files and folders, optimizing the site structure, or using indexing to improve search performance.
Replacing your local server may or may not be a good idea, depending on the root cause of the performance issue. It is related to your real requirement. I hope this helps!
