How do I add an existing directory tree to a project in Visual Studio

Question

I was trying to use this solution, but realize that Visual Studio 2022 does not have the option "Include in Project.".

What feature replaces this, for getting a directory tree into my project? Thanks.

Click Show All Files

Then right click the folder.
