Issues with Speech SDK and SSL on Ubuntu AWS

Hello,

I am currently using the Speech SDK on Ubuntu in an AWS environment. I had everything working properly, but now it has suddenly stopped working and I am receiving the following error:

{<PropertyId.SpeechServiceResponse_JsonErrorDetails: 5001>: 'Connection failed (no connection to the remote host). Internal error: 1. Error details: Failed with error: WS_OPEN_ERROR_UNDERLYING_IO_OPEN_FAILED\nwss://eastus.stt.speech.microsoft.com/speech/recognition/interactive/cognitiveservices/v1?language=en-us\nX-ConnectionId: 2e7bbf1618c2437b86b98de490ea8dcd SessionId: 2e7bbf1618c2437b86b98de490ea8dcd'}

It appears the issue is with SSL. Has anyone else experienced this issue and found a solution?
