Issue with Outlook crash

Hello, team. I have a question to ask for help, and any guidance would be greatly appreciated. I only wanted to switch languages before, but I couldn't switch languages successfully. Then, I started collecting some solutions. Unfortunately, after switching back and forth four times, my Outlook completely crashed and kept loading the page without responding. A few weeks ago, I also collapsed once. The next day, I recovered on my own, but now I am recovering. I don't know if it was caused by switching languages. How to solve this problem.

Does the problem happen in the Outlook desktop client?

Is it possible to change the language on Outlook web?

Is there any error code or prompt when Outlook crashes when loading page?

To change your language settings, follow these steps: File>Option>Language>Select your preferred language from the drop-down menu.

There are many reasons that cause Outlook to crash, here are a few possible solutions to try:

Investigate possible issues caused by add-ins. Sometimes, add-ins can interfere with Outlook and cause it to crash or hang. You can try to disable all the add-ins and see if that helps. (Windows+R>Outlook /safe)

Repair Office. Go to Control Panel > Uninstall a program and select your Office installation. Then, click Change > Online Repair and follow the instructions.

Create a new Outlook profile. Go to Control Panel > Mail and click Show Profiles. Then, click Add and enter a name for the new profile.
